does filing a FIR be problamatic in passport verification?

i have filled a FIR against a fraudster for cheating me through in an OLX fraud last year. Would that be a problem for me in my passport verification by police?? Kindly help me for getting my query solved. Thank You

if u filled in police station and if u r complainant then. u need not worry...if u r accused then it is a problem ...so don't worry for ur passport verification and any further information contact us
