You have been a victim of financial fraud and have lost money to a fraudulent party, you may take the following legal remedies under Indian criminal and civil law: File a police complaint: You can file a complaint with the police against the fraudulent party for cheating, forgery, and other related offenses. Provide all the necessary details you have, such as the mobile number used to contact you, bank account details, and any other relevant information. You may also attach copies of the online transactions and any other supporting documents. Initiate legal action: You can initiate civil action against the fraudulent party to recover your lost money. You can file a suit for recovery of money in the appropriate court, seeking a refund of the amount paid to the fraudulent party along with interest and damages. Cyber Cell Complaint: You may also file a complaint with the Cyber Cell of the police, who specialize in investigating cybercrimes. You can provide them with all the necessary details you have, such as the mobile number used to contact you, bank account details, and any other relevant information. They will investigate the matter and take necessary legal action against the fraudulent party. It is advisable to engage an experienced lawyer who specializes in financial fraud and cybercrime cases to guide you on the legal options available to you and help you take appropriate legal action based on the specific facts of the case

Dear Srinivasa Reddy, By now you have realized that you have become a victim of cyber financial fraud. I see that you have a lost a pretty good amount. we cannot see your attachments here. So, I'm guessing the you might have fallen into a common modus operandi of cyber fraudsters. The common modus operandi is like this. Here the fraudsters make you deposit in various private accounts(Non corporate/Business accounts). They make you a part and parcel of the fraud without your awareness. When someone(of the above accounts) files a complaint, you shall also become one of the accussed and your bank accounts will be freezed because according to those different bank holders, you are one of the fraudsters who has stopped transferring the promised money. I appreciate your efforts of filing a complaint in the cyber portal but I strongly want you to file a Written Complaint at the Police Station in person. The in-person complaint has a higher weightage. These Cyber fraudsters are usually from Rajasthan, they surpassed the Jamatara of Jharkhand and Kolkata of West Bengal in scamming people. If the accused is from one of the above regions then there is 8-10â„… chance of getting your money back. if they are from other zones the percentage might increase. Your family will not involved, don't worry, but Approach a cyber crime lawyer as soon as possible with all the documents you have to receive the best advise. If someone else files a complaint against you then it will be little late.
