CyberCell Mail received regarding some online fraud marked.

My friend got a mail from cybercell Bangalore on 3rd aug and he had to present before IO on 7th aug for some investigation purpose but he didn't see the mail as he received 100's of mail per day . But yesterday he see the mail and tried to contact the IO number but he was not lifting his call. Kindly advise what to do. Necessary steps to take.

Hi first u try to understand what kind of cybercrime is this ....asked him complainant copy and FIR to understand the case...if u want u appoint advocate what documents u received u submit to advocate best thing he will guide what to do and what not to do...
