Hi iam a victim of telegram prepaid task scam i lost 96000 total and i have complained in cyber crime they hod 30000 of my amount and i have filed FIR also now i need to take this case to Enforcement Directorate for justice

I can think many Cyber Frauds that happen through telegram like transferring money or forwarding some messages...Before losing your money, if you were involved in doing any of the their task whether knowingly or unknowingly then the Police can press the charges against you as well.. you are also a Accused in the eyes of Law...Yes, in most of the cases the victims are unfortunately accused... if you have also done any activity then the Police has full authority to arrest and prosecute you..The main culprit will be somewhere in abroad so most of the times the Police presses chargers against people who are available to them... The conviction rate is higher in cyber crime cases... It may backfire ,So go with the clean hands before approaching any authorities like IT, ED , CCPA etc...
