Cyber crime telegram fraud in which i lost 7.33lak

Hi
I lost 7.33 lakh to telegram fraud.
Account where i transferred money is already freezed. Please suggest how I can get money back.
I have already raised cybercrime complaint kn cyber crime portal.

Well, you have to approach Court to seek directions for the concerned Cyber Cell, to get your money released, as currently they are treating your money as proceeds of money crime and hence, they will not release your money, until they give you clean chit in investigation and declare money deposited by you as not part of the Proceeds of Money Crime.

You have to file an application for return of property with the court in your local jurisdiction. The police authorities will seize your lost amount from the account in which you transferred your money and deposit it in the court. You can finally withdraw the same from court
