Court order rejected by jnmc pune regarding online cyber fraud case fo

JNMC court has rejected my online cyber fraud case submitted for defreezing of fraudsters account saying that the account might get tampered and the fraudsters are still not arrested.
Well, until and unless, the Police Investigation gets completed, accounts freezed will not get defreezed except with the prior permission of the court. If the Court is not permitting you, then, you can file an appeal before the Appellate Court.
