Complaint against the person for cyber bullying

Sir/Madam, There is this fellow on Facebook who is bullying me over Facebook and sending all types of disturbing messages about my wife and her sister. How and where do I report such an incident so that my problem gets solved and accused gets punished. My wife is from Ahmedabad and we are now settled abroad. The guy who is harassing is probably from Ahmedabad. I would prefer if I can lodge case online and get things sorted.
You can collect all evidence. Make a proper document and send that via email to Superintendent of Police in Ahmedabad, Crime Branch in Ahmedabad. They will take necessary steps and will initiate case when they caught.
