Complaint against creation of fake facebook account by someone

Someone has created a fake account on my name and I reported that account as impersonation of mine and facebook disabled the account.Now that person has somehow recovered that account..what should I do ?please help
This is hacking and unauthorized access of your data which is punishable for 3 yard under section 66 of the Information and Technology Act 2000. You must at once lodge a complaint to the nearest cyber crime cell in your city. Do it at the earliest. If done then follow up is a must for that is shall guide you..
