Case filed on me as Sec 370A 3,4,5 PIT Act, Need some help

I didn't find the right option to select but hope the description gives clear view of my case.I was caught as a "Customer" in a house and police filed a case as 370A 3,4,5. Police released me in a day but have not given any details or notice and one of the police told me that he reduced the gravity of the case. Please help with below questionsn1) How serious this case is?n2) Will this impact minor passport verification check?n3) Will there be any impact for my immigration process to US?n4) Any impresionment for Customer?nnPlease someone help me.

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the case as you are only a customer and that you are not guilty of the charges and to quash the case and that you could go abroad by taking permission from court if required
