Can i file for quashing of FIR of summon has been served
10-Jan-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Dear Sir, I am falsely (Accused by wife that I have used her email/FB account when we were living together) accused in IT crime (65,66B and 66C), this is my first offence. Current Status Waiting on FSL report, Summon has been served and I was present in Court, Charged not framed yet. FIR Date: 13/5/2014 Can I make application for Quashing the FIR out or it's too late. Thank you
