Can i file a case for commenting defaming things against me

Sir I need help . I want case against the person who is defamation me what shall I do. Plz tell me where I go and case against him and which act and how to put on this with very harder case
Hi ...You can file a case for defamation but first you have to clarify that what is the statement which amounted to defamatory. You can file a private complaint before jurisdictional court under IPC sections.

Hi, in case you are defamed by someone you certainly can file a case but you have to have some materials with you to show to the court on the face of it in what manner the other person has defamed you. Once you have such evidence either documentary(preferably)or oral you can approach Magistrate filing a private complaint which if you succeed will end up in conviction against the person who has defamed you and also can file civil case for damages.
