Bank account freeze by law enforcement authorities saying amount

My federal Bank's Fi bank account has been freezed by the bank saying that my bank account has received a complaint from a complainant that he has transferred some amount by mistake or so. That is why my cyber cell requested them to freeze the bank account. Now they shared me the complaint number and the state where the complaint has come from i.e Uttar pradesh They didn't even tell me how much amount has been sen. Without any contact number what do i do now or how do I unfreeze my bank account?

It varies upon the factor that If the chargesheet has been filed by the police or not. You can file an application before the magistrate of that particular area where the case is proceeding to unfreeze your account. You can also approach the high court for the same.
