Arrested by police in cyber crime asking money what to do

Actually my manger directorship in company with effect feb 17and his friend owner main director of company buildshopping pvt ltd.actually they call customer by employee and demand money for contest prize..one customer from punjab file a complain against them..and yesterday by police they have caught.police demanding Rs.6 lakh ..and they both are in their custody..and here i dont have money..so what can we do?
The Case is not very clear so you need to explain the charges and why the police has arrested to the two directors. We need to get the copy of the FIR to understand the charges u/s IPC. Pl. provide the complete case details for legal help.
