Amount in hold required court order

On 14 July Fraud transaction happened with me cyber cell put amount on hold but bank need court order so how I get court order??

You have to make an application for return of property before the local court through an advocate. The application will be sent to the concerned police station who will file their reply and thereafter the court will pass the necessary order and you can finally withdraw your amount. For the process, you can approach me.

Well, in order to seek a Court Order to get your Bank Account defreezed, We have to approach the concerned JMFC of the area in which, you operate your Bank Account from. After seeking requisite permission of the Court to defreeze your account, your account will get defreezed upon the instructions of the concerned Magistrate.
