First visit bank for details of the lien like FIR or Police written instructions to know the exact reason of the lien. In case your source of income is legitimate point it out to the bank as well as the Police while requesting for de-freezing if you are not accused in the case. Sections 451/457 etc of crpc would help you in de freezing if police don’t act. In case you are an accused then you need to defend yourself

The lien seems imposed under a cyber fraud probe. Write to the Cyber Cell with full transaction details and bank statement, requesting verification and release of the lien if no wrongdoing is found. Keep all communication records safely.

A lien placed by the bank on cyber cell instructions means your account is under investigation for a suspicious transaction. Visit the bank and request details of the FIR or reference number from Cyber Cell Kollam. You should immediately file a written representation with the Cyber Cell explaining your side, along with proof of legitimate transactions. If you suspect money was wrongly credited or used through an app like Astropay or gaming site, attach supporting screenshots. If the lien is unjustified, you can file a written complaint to the SP Cyber Crime, Kollam and also send a copy to SBI’s nodal officer. If no action is taken, a writ petition can be filed in the Kerala High Court for quashing the lien or directing investigation.
