Account Freeze From Cyber Cell Najibabad UP

On September 4th, my HDFC Bank account was suddenly frozen, and a hold of ₹3116 was placed on it. To date, I have not received this amount in my account, despite checking my previous year's statements thoroughly. I am currently residing in Kota, Rajasthan, which is quite a distance from Najibabad, UP. I had a conversation with the local advocate their and he was saying that sho said there has been a big fraud done by my account and they will arrest me if i go their. But i have not done anything.

Before giving any opinion you have give some more details about it like you bank statements, check anything suspicious transaction hasbeen done through your bank account by you or any other person authorised by you..? . You can talk to the bank about your issue or you can complaint about it to the rbi.. Or send a legal notice to the bank.. But firstly we have to see all the details
