Account freeze by cyber police

I got into a online trading fraud web portal. Somehow within time limits I got money back from them due to advice from friends. Now my own account is blocked after a complaint from someone in Ernakulum Kerala. Local police I got in contact and they are saying they will take my money and pay to the complainant. I already submitted all proofs I have. I am on ship/merchant navy. Kindly help.
If it's related to the same amount which you got as a refund on your complaint then it's not a big issue, just appoint some one to meet Kerala police and get your account unfreeze as very often in such cases it's due to there mistake that they even freez account od complainant.
If it's for some other amount you need to explain the receipts transaction, you can do so by meeting them personally or take help from any professional.
