Abusive obscene msgs and videos sent by another person from phone

Sir one of my family member took my phone and texted abusive messages and obscene messages to one of my friend he has also sent obscene videos.my friend complained an fir.now how to prove that it's my friend who has sent message as both the sim card and phone belongs to me.and also he did this while he was in our house.so IP address location also would be our house.how to prove he did this?

You must have been careful you should immediately lodge a general diary against the person who tried to impersonate you and harass you before another person. If action is taken against such person you will be safe.
