What happens if two minor girl age 16 boy age 15 do sexting… who get punished as boys age is less then girl.. and no one force each other
Under juvenile justice Act there are certain provisions if any one of them indulge in sexting or if boy crosses age of 16 or at age of 16 also he is considered as major, provisions of POCSO can be invoked against person if girl files a complaint
