About money transfered by gpay

Respected sir, I am victim of online fraud,I have sent Rs 19000 (Total 5 Transaction of Rs 12000+2160+2000+2000+1000=19000) for Homestay booking by gpay on 4 January 2025, and I have registerd complaint to cybercrime helpline number 1930 on 6 January 2025,They have registerd my complaint,,After that I have received 2 sms from cyber crime on 7 january and 12'th January saying that Rs 375 and Rs 1794 has been put on hold kindly contact your respective police station,So will I Get remaining amount

Yes, you will get the remaining amount but for that you need to seek permission from the Court to unfreeze the account. But you first approach the Police Station who has the jurisdiction. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

Dear client based on your question, Since the Cyber crime helpline has already been contacted and you received confirmation that some amounts have been put on hold , you need to visit the nearest police station to register a complaint there if you are willing to take legal assistance we can help you with that for which contact us .
