Yes bank transferred my loan illegally to JC Flower Arc without inform

I took loan for 4yrs back and after 1yr approx COVID came but we still managed to pay all the emi but unadulterated to pay than moratorium announced by government after that they illegally refinance my loan in there bank without any notice and information from yes bank but at the end of year 2024 then transferred my loan to JC Flower Arc I didn’t know anything about it JC flower contact me then I get to know this then I have visited bank head office in my city they just talled me we’ve closed
