One of my friend who is husband is ,accused with section 498A&304B of Crpc even he isn't there at the time of incident,Is there is any way to save him from going to prison in any possible way or to get anticipatery bail in this corona time from HC.

He should seek arrest on his stay by filing a FIR quash petition in the High Court. In the alternative, he may prefer an anticipatory bail. He has a good case and expect relief from court. Ask him to approach court asap.

on the above mentioned query under section 304 B Indian Penal Code there is the only way is anticipatory bail . because in 304 B IPC the accused will be arrested immediately . so if the accused is underground then please file immediately anticipatory bail in the concern district judge aur High Court .
