Wrongly accused in a suicide note

My (Mausa) committed suicide .He has accused his wife ,my mother , my grandmother , my maama in suicide note . In suicide note , he wrote that he was constantly haraased and beaten by his in laws . Infact , he harrased everybody . Few days before suicide he had threatened to commit suicide and also recorded a video.Fir was registered against him in cyber cell and police station.He himself agreed in raazinaama that he fought with his family under influnce of alcohol. When should we apply bail

hello, you have a good case for filing anticipatory bail. you should file an Anticipatory bail as soon as possible. the earlier cyber cell complaint and razinama are good for your defence. please share a copy of FIR registered against you and copy of suicide note for better consultation. tx

You should apply for anticipatory bail as soon as the FIR is registered. Failing to get anticipatory bail may result in arrest. It is always advisable to get anticipatory bail as soon as the FiR is registered.
