wrongfull death by sister in law false alligation

I have a problem that my sister-in-law made many false allegations against my mother. After making such allegations, my mother died due to shock, so what case can I file against my sister-in-law, please solve it.

You may very well file a complaint and prosecute her. But you got to substantiate your claim that only because of those allegations your mother died which would be little difficult for you. However, you may file a private complaint of police don't entertain.
