Wrongful arrest and beaten up by police in custody

If our friend is run away with married girl and last few day he visit my house then police have any right to arrest us and beat us without any reason in custody and we do nothing

hello clients as you are saying tht you and your family is been badly harraased as well as police have beaten your family very badly in this matter . as you have said your friend had visited your house with a girl with whom he had ran away . this absolutely wrong which police had done with you and your family in this regards you have should move yo court to get justice.

Dear client, The police cannot arrest you untill and unless your name is mentioned in the complaint written by the complainant. And if the FIR is registered against you and your friend then you can get arrested by the police personnels. Kindly revert to have conversation. Thank you.

Police have no rights to beat anyone in any circumstances… u must hire advocate who can guide u at every step ..n will assist u in ample ways ..do the same at the earliest before it gets too late n plz b in touch …
