Sir/madam,I am facing aa legal problem and has so much confusion need ur help,my name is entered wrongly in fir actually it's aa false fir ,for that If we will clear the case is there any problem with this name mismatch ..pls give me ur suggestion sir

hi you could file quash petition to quash tjhe FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in the FIR and that you were not present at the time of the offence
