Wrong FIR has been filed using the police influence

Police have conspired with my relatives and filed a case against me and they have submitted the charge sheet within 2 weeks after filing the FIR with false allegations. I was informed that it would most likely not get quashed as I was present during at the time of incident(Actual incident was completely different). I want to file a reverse complaint against them(including SI) for intentionally filing wrong case against me. Can I file it right away?(even before the result of my hearing)

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in the FIR are false are denied and that you could file case afainst them only after the completion of the present case
