wrong complaint/notice against me

Someone file a wrong case against me and mentioned wrong alligation against me. I am fully hurt and totally broken.kindly help what to do

First of all you didn't mention Complain Type and sections. So as assumed its Cognizable offense. As per law you need to respond court and you need to prove yourself. So don't be emotional. and be careful, If police call you , don't go without consulting with Advocate. If you a government job holder then immediately go for Anticipatory Bail.
