Wrong Caste used my father for my education

Hi Sir, my parents marriage is inter caste marriage, my father is OC and my mother is BC and in thier marrige certification also they mentioned it as BC. my father used my mother caste for my education purpose and it is mentioned as BC. what are charges i need to face if some one put case against me of using wrong caste, since my schooling my father used my mother caste as his caste. could you please help me. what are charges i need to face and i'm punishable.

no need to worry about this caste issues. since you are a son of the couples belong to 2 different castes, you are entitled to choose a caste from either of the of the 2 castes. In general, in such circumstances every person chooses the caste which is lower (maximum benefitable) caste. No one can challenge your caste in this regard.
