Wrong and false allegation misuse of posco act

My query is to frame brother and trouble him with personal intensions. Sister misused posco act by making her minor daughter as victim and filed case against brother. She did many attempts but as the allegations were wrong case couldnt be closed and didnt even had hearing at court. But brother who is innocent was defamed and his family and he suffered mental trauma. Is there any way he can take strict action here and close the case.
