Written Degree Semester exam For Student After 8yrs Case Filed.

One of my friend written degree examination 8 years back for another student and caught by invigilator. The university blocked degree certificates of my friend. After 8 years they filed case about the examination and they gave summons today. He is doing nothing now there is no degree totally he collapsed his life with his own hands because of money. They mentioned attend court in December. And my question is how to get rid of this situation.

hi he could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR which was registered against him and also discharge petition in lower court that the said offences or sections are not applicable to him in the pressent case

Hello, Subject to the contents of your query, it is advisable for your friend to attend the case and appoint a lawyer to defend it and in addition to that your friend must file a case to restore his right to pursue education as rustication or suspension must be limited for specific period.
