Hi, Since this is a government department and you are being singled out and threatened and you have already filed complaints within the department with your superiors on which no action has been taken, you may explore the option of filing a writ against your department and the grievance officer. Yes…that’s a criminal offence punishable under law. You can file a complaint in writing and address it to the police station of your area. And if you wish to go further then you can always file a complaint against the culprits under section 156(3) CrPC before the magistrate. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi In this scenario you should send your HR department a legal notice narrating the facts of the violence against you along with proof of the same being highlighted time and again. If no enquiry is conducted then you may proceed legally.
