Wong FIR and Biased Investigation to make harassment

10-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My Previous company had filed data theft case on May 2019 ,While i left that company on Mat 2018 .They send me first legal notice to collect some money from me as full and final settlement, which was incorrect as per me and i send them reply with correct figure to collect from them.In the same complain they claim that i have transferred some email to my personal email and i did not handover .This notice they send after 5 month when i refuse to pay their due amount which was incorrect . In january 2019 they made a police compliant against me for data theft .I went to police station and give my reply to them ,saying my email id was using for all company work and director also used multiple time .Shown them some evidence there after that complaint was closed .again in may 2018 they out new complaint having data theft removing other civil matter given in first complaint . Matter is in high court for quashing of FIR , what will be the chance of quashing
