File a case before the Criminal Court where the case is going on requesting the court to return the Items. The Police will investigate and sieze the articles i.e. gold, silver etc. Relating to cash you have to show proof to the court. If there is no proof bring two witnesses to the court to give evidence that the cash has been given in front of them.
