Hi,
One can not marry once again during life time of his wife without taking divorce from his wife and if husband contradict the above it will cal as a Bigamy under section 494 of ipc and husband will be get punished for up to 7 years under indian law then Wife can file a necessary application before the court.

Without divorce second marriage , is void…" and therefore the same is also an offence punishable with imprisonment up to 7 years or fine or both. .under section 494 of IPC.. A complaint can also be filed for cheating under section 415, IPC.
