Without consent taken to rehab

I was taken by 4 men from my house to rehab and kept there for 60 days without my permission. They didn't allow me to go to my home. What complaint can i file.

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint and get that complaint converted into a FIR to seek Jail Punishment for them + lodge a Civil Case against them under the concerned provisions of CPC, 1908 and other laws.

What was the reason to put you in rehab? Who were that 4 men? Permission is required that is right but i still need to know that actual story behind. As giving any statement directly here won’t be good as i need to know the actual facts of the case

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint and get that Complaint converted into a FIR, parallely you can file a Writ Petition under the concerned provisions of law before the concerned High Court against such persons who have kept you in illegal detention for more than 60 Days in a Rehab, despite you being a person of Sound Mind!
