Withholding Property Orginal documents by my son

I am Senior Citizen aged 78 years having will deed executed by Late brother and sister were kept in Joint SAFE Deposit Locker Andhra Bank Hyderabad, the branch Manger handed over the Orginal documents of property to my son without any legal heirs Certificate in favor my son I am unable to get property tranfer in favor. Can I file criminal case against my son who in possession of estates illegally .

yes you can file case agaist your son as well the bank officials regarding manhandled the lock without permission and handover the papers and documents to x person without informing the locker holder.
