Withdraw my complaint of honour crimes

08-Jul-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I've submitted an offline application for my girlfriend to commissioner office, DCP office and NCW office regarding honour crimes, right to exercise choice of marriage and threat to life. But now I want to withdraw it and don't want any action to be taken. Matter is not resolved but I don't want any action from these agencies because it is internal matter and we will solve internally. Please suggest how can I withdraw the complaint?

If you had filed it offline then you need to approach the same departments and write down all your grievances and tell them not to take any legal action on the previous complaint that was registered by you. And do mention the previous complaint number if any on the new withdrawal statement.

you have to file an application in the same office for withdrawing. get it done through an advocate. you have to mention the grounds of withdrawing the application. without ground application will not be filed.
