Q: Withdraw my complaint of honour crimes

I've submitted an offline application for my girlfriend to commissioner office, DCP office and NCW office regarding honour crimes, right to exercise choice of marriage and threat to life. But now I want to withdraw it and don't want any action to be taken. Matter is not resolved but I don't want any action from these agencies because it is internal matter and we will solve internally. Please suggest how can I withdraw the complaint?

Advocate Shweta answered
you have to file an application in the same office for withdrawing. get it done through an advocate. you have to mention the grounds of withdrawing the application. without ground application will not be filed.

Advocate Shweta answered
hi. you have one option, please do complain in the cyber police station of your area. you can do it online and after filing a complaint visit your area police station who handle cyber cases. it would be better if you will do it with you lawyer. the waitage will be more. and plz if police ask for money don't give it. whatever the proof you have either it's what's app images and videos..save it for future. it can be work as an evidence. it will be better if you will do complaint as soon as possible because the girl can use this time for becoming victim.

Q: unable to pay loan took from people/organisation!

My father took loan from different people/organizations [govt and private] but now he is unable to pay it! He is a govt employee but did not have enough salary to pay them all. I am really worried about our family? Will he lose his job? or they will stop his salary? What would happen to him or us? I am so worrried. Will we lose our govt rented flat as well? Please advise over it!

Advocate Shweta answered
namastey. you can simply write applications mentioning your situation to the organisation from where he has taken loan, asking to give some relief or time. better if this could be done through advocate. many times the organisation gives you the relief in personal settlement in good faith.
