Will pending cases against me in police clearance for new job

A case was registered against me under section 354,354d and 506.but now we have applied for quashing of fir.this will be done in jan.Now i want to switch my company.will this data be reflected during criminal background verification? Does the jurisdiction or area matters in police verification or database is centralised
well these are offences related to women... there is no centralized data for FIRs as of now but all FIRs are to updated on website of concerned state Police under Supreme court order.. but if police verification is actually done by police then it may came into knowledge of person whi is doin verifiaction.. but if you have changed address from where the FIR was lodged then it may go unnoticed...

the police verification as such is not yet centralised however if information is sought from the area of the police station where you have initially worked, it would reflect. further, quashing must be on the basis of compromise or is it on merits?
if the quashing is done on the basis of compromise, that would also amount to acquittal hence even if it reflects in your criminal background verification, it would not harm your career.

The data is not centralized and therefore unless the police records of the particular State are checked the record cannot be traced. Secondly, even if this record against you is found it would not necessarily be an impediment. Filing of an FIR does not prove guilt. Only if you are convicted after a trial will it be an impediment. Although in some private Companies they may take it into consideration.
