I am an md doctor currently working in delhi and I was in a relationship with a guy who was basically from calcutta. Initially we had done a lot of sex chat and met physically later on where I booked the hotel room and I used to go to his room everyday I. Also. Did sex with him on various occasions? The relationship was there for 6 to 8 months.he never came to my place he never came to me.My age is 40 years. He took me to his parents too for marriage discussion. Bur due to my behavior say no.

You need to hire expert advocate for your case becoz it requires gigantic practical solution. 376 ipc is most vast then your expectation. We need more facts to understand the gravity and other legal aspects Take care n b in touch

If you are able to prove without any reasonable doubt that he established sexual relation with you on the pretext of marriage, he will get convicted of the offence under Sec. 376 IPC. For more details you may consult me.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice to figure out what's going on in his mind regarding you. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction.
