Will I be on a list for having illegal porn photo?

I accidentally uploaded an image of CP onto my google drive from my phone, so I deleted it immediately. 10 hours later google detected it and banned my account. It was a fake account, fake name, no phone num. But on the same phone/IP adrss I have my official account that has my name/num, it's also linked with Aadhar. I don't think I'll be arrested but will my real name be on any list/record? I didnt produce the img, it was anon sent to me. I didnt share it. [Pls contact via sms/mail, no calls]

Dear Sir, You need not bother as Google may not initiate any criminal action against you. There will be no arrest. They already taken action by banning operation of your account. Not to reveal all these issues publicly or to share with friends which may create more troubles.
