Will accused be arrested under following


19-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have lodged an FIR AGAINST A PERSON under 354घ, 354 क, 504, 506, 3(1)द, 3(1)घ section, but police have not arrested yet, I want to know whether these section have power to arrest an accused or not?

Matter in which district and when such fir related crime then police take time proper investigation and where all crime under 7 years police not power take arrest and police prepare proper charge sheet and then submit the court issue summons then accused arrested

Hello... Yes under these sections, alleged accused will be arrested.... Kindly tell the date of F.I.R.? And if there is no proper investigation and yet the alleged accused is not arrested then you can file a Criminal Writ in the High Court for fair and proper investigation of the case so that the alleged accused could be arrested soon... आपकी जानकारी के लिए आपको बताना चाहूंगा कि 7 साल तक की सजा के लिए पुलिस गिरफ्तार नहीं करती है सिर्फ धारा 41 के अंतर्गत नोटिस तामिल कराती है। और यदि पुलिस गिरफ्तारी भी करती है तो उसके लिए कोई विशेष कारण होना चाहिए जो कि पुलिस को गिरफ्तारी के लिए लिखना पड़ता है अन्यथा गिरफ्तार करने वाले अधिकारी के विरुद्ध न्यायालय कार्रवाई कर सकता है
