Sir I have I case under 147/148/148/308/323 it was a family dispute.will I get a joining in ssc Chsl as I have cleared the exam

If there is any dispute of civil nature like family disputes, property disputes etc. there shall be no issues. It is only the proceedings of criminal nature which might affect your chances of clearing the list. Please note that the rules governing any particular recruitment post differs from case to case and therefore, it may vary.
This is obviously subject to you clearing the list on merits.

No, till the judgment of your case is pronounced. Normally what happens when a criminal case is pending for adjudication against someone in the court of law and in between the concerned person got recruited for a government job, POLICE VERIFICATION takes place where we can't hide anything which is a matter of record, here in your case, if you get acquitted in the case pending for adjudication than police verification will not be a problem for you and you may join the concerned service without any obstacles. The other side of the coin is if the judgment is about your conviction unless and until you get acquitted by the appellate court you can't join the government services/job.

To answer the question, i must the know the exact status of this FIR. If the case is Pending before Court you must disclose it before Police Verification. Important thing is that you must not hide the information from the Government. There is usually an undertaking in the forms where it asked whether you have any pending criminal inquiry or convicted for a case therefore, please let me know the exact nature the FIR and its current status.

definately yes because at the time of the verification who so ever will come to enquire about your history or the back ground of any criminal records they will come to know that so and so fir is still pending before the concerned court. inorder to get rid out of it u have to go for the quashing of the fir from the high court
