Will a NDPS - 27B closed case 2 years ago affect my visa application?

I was Convicted under Section 27B of NDPS in 2021, the Case was closed after I paid the necessary fine at the Court after admitting to the case , Its Been 2 years Now, And I want to Apply for higher education abroad. So Is it Compulsory to Mention the Same For the Visa application ? Or will it show up during police verification and take the necessary steps from there?

section 27 b only paid the nessary fine to court so you have to show the original ordersheet certified copy from court and show the police it is cleared like that so it is not an effect to your visa process.
