Will a criminal history irreversibly affect passports, visas.

16-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I believe I was charged with section 118a for public nuisance ( correct me if the section stands for something else). I hold a passport which needs renewal soon, will it get certainly rejected due to my criminal record ? Will any of my future visa applications for studies also get rejected certainly due to my record ? I currently hold a visa abroad, can I even enter that country anymore ? Is there any way to erase my record for the sake of my future and career ?

you can settle the case and thereby the criminal proceedings against you could be finished by approaching the court concerned, once the issue is resolved, you won't face with any further proceedings or consequences in future

We can quash the case against you by filing a Criminal Miscellaneous Application in the High court of kerala and get the charge quashed and it will no longer be in records and can give you a clean ticket for all your ventures. More details can be given if I get a status regarding the charge levelled against you and after persuing anu official papers. Thank you
