Will A Criminal Case On Students Basing On SC & St Act Will Effect

Criminal case on a person with sections 342,324,506,427 r/w 34 IPC & 3(2)(va) of SC & ST Act. Will effect on career of students to get jobs especially (judiciary) .hello sir i an LLB student against me a criminal case was filed and i want to appear for judiciary so help me will i become judge . Regarding this case i approached high court & high court given me a stay order so plz give me a clarity will i get a job & and plz say is Sc & St act will fall under moral turpitude and also plz will any of the sections which i mentioned here will fall under moral turpitude
hello client as you have mentioned in the above query . all the sections mentioned above is not light sections of tye IPC 1860. so in my views as high court have already given you the stay on the sc st act as well but in this matter all section which been allegated on you are surely goning to harm your carrier for judicarry . so mr client uou have immidatelly take actions in a manner that you should not get guilty in any of the sections mentioned above.

As per government service rules, person with pending criminal proceedings is not entitled to get government job. Moreover SC/ST act is also implicated against you so it's impossible that you can get a government job, moreover a conviction will also disqualify you as an advocate. It will be advised that you settle the matter with the complainant and move a joint quashing petition before the hc.
