Wife went to parents home a month ago falsely claiming D.V.

My wife went home around a month ago by calling her parents and saying that I had beaten her which is false. She didnt went to police and went home in previous month. Can she file a complain even after a month of this incident.

You have the only remedy that at first you file u/s-9 of H.M.A and after that you can save yourself by filing this petition. If you really don't want to live with your wife then you can file divorce petition.

Yes she can file criminal Complaint against you n your family. She can file domestic violence Complaint before mgistrate against you and other complaint. You need to short out your matter with your wife. Or file petition u/s 9 of Hindu marriage act. Against your wife.
