Wife filed DV case judgement passed ex parte without giving summons

Hi I came to know today that a Dv act case was filed and decree was granted without giving even summon to me.. And that is in 07/2016 now she is planing to appeal for court order execution I even do not given a copy of order what can I do know as its around 2 years passed..
To get the order of the dv act you have to approach enquiry department of court to get the details of the case. Tell them your name and ur wife name also tht dv act is filed tell them the year i.e 2016 they will give you the case no. From that case no. And other details u need to fill a form and you will get all the details like all orders all papers submitted by them of that particular case. For more clarification please contact.

You can still be covered under the limitations act and can appeal in higher courts.
For appeal in the Higher Courts you have to make sure what is the order of the trial court on the basis of which we can file an appeal depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case in actual.

First of all you need complete order sheet with judgement passed by court .then you can take proper action against your wife.In case of dv court will be ordered a summons to the repodent and taken a necessary action
