Q: Cheque Amount Is Greater Than Actual Dues

In my case .. the blank cheque utilised by applicant and filled wrong amount for which they produced statement of books. As I got the copy of the court I found that they not considered my credit not for which they are legally bound as communicated by company mail id .I have copiea to prove in court .. if court accept my law point then amount mentioned on cheque is not more than actual .What court decide in such cases and any relevant case pls provide

Hello, What is the time limit for tenant police verification in Delhi, and what are the penalties / legal action if the landlord fails to do tenant police verification during the time period?

According to the Delhi Police Guidelines and Rules for verification of the tenant,The tenant verification should be done prior to the handover of the physical possession to the Tenant so as to be sure about the tenant and his identity and past record so as to not have any problem in future otherwise there is no specific time limit mentioned.

Q: Does “retained” rights pose a risk to the intentions of a licensee

I am an LLC owner in the USA who is licensing IP to a company in india. The IP was originally owned by a University and has now been assigned to myself. The assignment agreement, assigning rights to me states “entire right title and interest” are assigned from University to me. Yet University retains rights to “education, research and patient care at the University” are retained by the University. I do not believe that these “retained” rights should be problematic for my licensee in India who is being given my full right to “product development, manufacture, commercialize”. My licensee is concerned about “parallel” rights held onto by University. Can you confirm that these “retained” rights pose no risk to the intentions of my licensee in india?
